Bruggen, Laarbruch, Gutersloh with google-earth

I just flew over Laarbruch Bruggen and Gutersloh with my virtual jet, and took te following pics with my virtual camera....

Amazing what you can do with Google Earth...

As you can see Gutersloh is a bit different than laarbruch and bruggen with no parallel runway. The image of Laarbruch is from 2002 or earlier... still no sign of Weeze's ramp as it is today...

And sad but true:

This is what's left of former RAF Wildenrath: (nowadays used by Siemens for testing trains...

Gütersloh is different because it first was a Luftwaffe field in the 2nd WW.

It's a shame that the pictures are that old..
